Standby Manual Control with selection.

The equipment for above are located in a manner for highest ease of the operation staff. The Panel is in the form of desks.

The system can be sub divided into modules each having wiring terminated at multipin plug & sockets with prewired harness for fastest replacement.

The control are designed for self diagnostics, fault analysis, operation management and Data Logging.

Extremely useful where large number of status & Alarm data is to be displayed. These are generally installed in Control Room and are easily visible from the Control Desk. The space required is minimum.

Generally comprise of Annunciators, Static/Dynamic Mimics with lamps, semaphore indicators, Computer Graphics, Relays & Control Hardware.

Panels are wired for ease of cabling, and equipment is mostly of Drawout or Plug in type.

All the parameters are processed according to Logic instructions.

In simple cases these can be of Hard wired type with Relay Logic. Higher up we have programmable Logic Control Systems with PLC’s and Computers.

Panels are of Dust proof type but have sufficient arrangement for heat dissipation.

Panels are normally fabricated of 2mm (14swg) sheet steel and have Powder/Epoxy coating for Protection. Gasketing is provided for dust proofing.

Wiring is by multistrand flexible copper conductor PVC wires wit identification ferrules and insulated sockets/lugs. Wire Harness/looms are bunched and arried on saddles for mechanical protection. Terminals have ample space for ease of cabling. Each component is fully accessible for best maintenance and reliability. Internal illumination is provided for easy inspection.
